As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements. Your role will involve assisting with sales processes, client presentation development, and oversight of sales activity documentation and resource centers. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Assistance: Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and proposal development; conduct in-depth client research; collaborate with sales representatives to prepare client presentations, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs); maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Client Presentation Management & Coordination: Project management of client presentations to ensure timely review, design standards, and consistency; ensure all client artifacts are documented and accessible; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; assist with project documentation.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics; generate regular reports and dashboards; support sales managers in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline sales processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams; stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, client services, or project coordination within an enterprise consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); project management tools a plus (e.g. Asana, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with sales and technical leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Proficient in GAAP Accounting and conducting Internal Audit.
  • Comfortable using PSA tools such as Kimble or similar; exposure to Salesforce-based platforms.
  • 3 years of being a lead or managing the accounting function is a must.
  • BA or BS degree in accounting.
